1. La prenotazione prevede il versamento della caparra del 30% del totale a copertura dell’intero periodo di permanenza;

2. In caso di annullamento della prenotazione o di partenza anticipata, le somme versate non verranno restituite;

3. L’accesso agli animali è consentito solo ed esclusivamente previa autorizzazione da parte del titolare della casa vacanza da richiedere al momento del preventivo;

4. All’arrivo, gli ospiti devono consegnare il documento d’identità e saldare l’intero importo a copertura dell’intero periodo di permanenza;

5. Il giorno di arrivo, la casa sarà disponibile dalle ore 17:00 ed il giorno della partenza dovrà essere liberata entro le ore 10:00;

6. Possibilità di anticipare il check-in solo previa disponibilità della struttura;

7. E’ vietato l’ingresso alla struttura di persone estranee, il numero di ospiti non può superare quello concordato in fase di prenotazione a prescindere dalla disponibilità di letti o camere;

8. E’ consentito il parcheggio di un veicolo per famiglia o casa vacanza;

9. Nel caso di sospensione della fornitura di energia elettrica e/o dell’acqua per cause di forza maggiore, la Struttura declina ogni responsabilità e non è tenuta ad alcun rimborso;

10. La struttura, non garantisce una copertura ottimale della connessione WI-FI all’interno della casa vacanza;

11. E’ vietato fumare all’interno della casa, usare radio o TV ad alto volume;

12. La Struttura declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali infortuni a minori, i quali devono essere accompagnati dai propri genitori e/o affidatari;
12. The Structure declines all responsibility for any accidents to minors, who must be accompanied by their parents and / or carers;
13. La direzione non risponde di furti, smarrimenti e dimenticanze di qualsiasi oggetto, anche di valore, all’interno della struttura;
13. The management is not responsible for theft, loss and forgetfulness of any object, even of value within the structure;
14. Il noleggio biancheria da letto e da bagno può essere richiesto ad un costo supplementare di 10 euro a persona per la durata di una settimana e non può essere lavata in quanto viene fornita da società di noleggio;
14. The rental of bed linen and towels can be requested at an additional cost of 10 euros per person for the duration of a week and cannot be washed as it is provided by a rental company;
15. La presenza di oggetti e/o parti della camera danneggiati (sanitari, tende, mobili, arredo in genere etc), deve essere segnalato alla direzione nella immediatezza, ovvero all’arrivo, quando si entra in casa;
15. The presence of damaged objects and / or parts of the room (bathroom fixtures, curtains, furniture, furnishings in genera!, etc.) must be reported to the management immediately, or on arrivai, when entering the house;
16. La struttura dispone di un locale lavanderia, sono consentiti tre lavaggi a settimana, dalle ore 08:00 alle ore 22:00;

17. L’uso del climatizzatore è consentito solo quando vi è permanenza di persone all’interno della casa con porte e finestre chiuse, questo per evitare sprechi di energia elettrica e tutelare il pianeta;
17. The use of the air conditioner is allowed only when there are people inside the house with doors and windows closed, this to avoid waste of electricity and protect the planet;
18. Al termine della permanenza e prima di lasciare l’immobile, lo stesso deve essere lasciato in modo decoroso, privo di immondizia e privo di alimenti all’interno del frigorifero.
18. At the end of the stay and before leaving the property, the same must be left in a decent way, free of garbage and free of food inside the refrigerator.
